North American Testing has defined and documented the policies and objectives for quality by
producing this and every other document of our quality system. Our quality
policy is contained within the Quality Manual. The NAT Program Manager ensures that this
policy is understood, implemented and maintained at all levels of the
operations by demanding strict adherence to the procedures and
instructions of the quality system, which are available to all personnel.
In addition to the Quality Manual our Laboratory Manual ensures quality
and reliability in our laboratory testing.
